Generations Central is a place where senior adults can thrive! Featuring a vibrant Adult Day Center and a variety of community programs focused on helping seniors and their caregivers navigate the aging journey, Generations Central is a central hub of support and hope for the seniors living in our 5-county region. Adult Day Center

If you were to walk into Generations Central, you would probably be surprised to find the laughter and meaningful relationships that exist in the walls of our adult day center. You might find our senior adult participants playing balloon volleyball, dressing up in fun costumes for our kid neighbors, arranging fresh flowers, or sitting around sharing pastimes with laughter. You’d probably also be surprised to find out that most of the older friends that make up our close-knit group are facing the difficult diagnoses of age-related conditions and diseases like dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, or physical decline. 

The participants who attend our adult day program are generally 60 years and older and are facing a condition or diagnosis that makes it unsafe or difficult for them to be left at home. This can range from dementia to a physical disability that requires more assistance to perform activities of daily living. Utilizing our services allows our participants to stay living in their homes with their family for longer. It also allows their family caregivers to take a break, go to work, and connect with other caregivers.

Free Community Programs

We offer these programs for aging adults, seniors living with dementia, caregivers, health care providers and community members.
