Our Mission
Hospice Support of Fauquier County also known as Community Support of the Piedmont is a nonprofit organization. Our mission is to connect people with medical supplies and equipment, and emotional support through volunteer services in our community.
In 2023, we served 1316 people in the Loan Closet, 539 donors, and 397 people with returns. We loaned out 1918 pieces of equipment and gave out 2566 incontinent, hygiene, and nutritional products to those in need.
The Loan Closet is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm for walk-ins and donations.
Our Vision
We envision a community where everyone who faces injury, illness, and death has access to medical supplies and emotional support to improve their quality of life. Founded in 1981, Hospice Support of Fauquier County is a nonprofit, volunteer organization. Our services are not restricted by age, medical treatment, or finances. All of our services are free.
