IMPACT AND GRATITUDE: As a local, community-based nonprofit, HOP is committed to providing expert hospice and palliative care, while also offering grief counseling to people of all ages. One of the most powerful ways we serve is through our Kids’ Grief and Healing program. This free resource supports children who are coping with the loss of a parent, sibling, or loved one, whether or not they received care from Hospice of the Piedmont.

Through individual counseling, play, art, and music activities, group support, and our Journeys Camp, we help children feel seen, heard, and supported. These services are provided at no cost to families, thanks to the generosity of people like you.
