Mom2Mom is a small but mighty nonprofit based in Culpeper, Virginia, built from one simple belief no family should have to choose between buying diapers and paying their electric bill.

Founded in 2020 by a local mom who saw families struggling in real time, Mom2Mom has grown into a lifeline for hundreds of families across Central and Northern Virginia. What started as a simple act of helping has become a trusted, judgment free space where caregivers can turn when they need it most.

Every day, we meet parents who are doing everything they can to provide for their children and still falling short. Diapers, wipes, and infant formula are essential, yet they are not fully covered by assistance programs. For many families, these are the items that create impossible choices.

Do I buy diapers or pay my electric bill?
Do I buy formula or put gas in my car?
Do I stretch what I have and hope it lasts?

Because of donors like you, families do not have to face those choices alone.

Since our founding, Mom2Mom has distributed more than 100,000 diapers to families in need. In 2025 alone, we provided over 53,000 diapers, 1,600 packs of wipes, 785 cans of formula, and nearly 7,000 feminine hygiene products to almost 300 families. Behind every number is a baby who stayed clean, a parent who felt relief, and a family who could breathe just a little easier.

But what we provide is more than supplies. We provide dignity. We provide relief. We provide a moment where a parent can walk out our doors feeling supported instead of overwhelmed.

We see the smiles, the tears, the exhaustion, and the strength. We celebrate milestones, offer encouragement, and connect families to additional resources. We are not just a program. We are a community.
