Piedmont Smiles

Piedmont Smiles is a free community dental day event which takes place on October 18, 2025 at Liberty High School in Bealeton, Virginia. Patients do not schedule an appointment, it is first come, first serve. 

Piedmont Smiles has been hosted for the past three years. Over this time, we’ve grown significantly, serving 280 patients last year alone and providing more than 1,000 treatments. It is a one-day, pop-up event that provides free dental care to members of our community — including Fauquier County, Rappahannock County and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to treat hundreds of patients in one day; those patients will register, see dental professionals, and get dental treatment, all at no cost to them.

We provide several free services for patients, including: health screenings, cleanings, fillings and extractions.
