Piedmont Smiles

Piedmont Smiles 2026 is a free community dental day event which takes place on October 17, 2026 at Liberty High School in Bealeton, Virginia. Patients do not schedule an appointment, it is first come, first serve. 

This will be our fourth year providing these critical services to local residents! Over this time, we’ve grown significantly, serving 280 patients last year alone and over 1,000 since we started. It is an annual one-day, pop-up event that provides free dental care to members of our community — including Fauquier, Rappahannock, and Culpeper Counties as well as the surrounding areas. Our goal is to treat hundreds of patients in one day; those patients will register, see dental professionals, and get dental treatment, all at no cost to them.

We provide several free services for patients, including: health screenings, cleanings, fillings and extractions.  We treat the most urgent problems right away and then help the patient connect to ongoing care through our partner agencies and clinical practices.
