We’re building more than walls—we’re building community.

For the third year in a row, State Climb is thrilled to participate in Give Local Piedmont, a powerful day of giving that brings together individuals, families, and businesses.

This year, we’re aiming to raise $15,000 to support us in taking our boldest step yet: to purchase our building and expand our climbing gym into a multi-tenant, multi-generational community hub.

With your support, we deliver.

We supported over 16,000 checkins in 2024 and maintained our status as the top-ranked climbing gym in Virginia.  So far in 2025, State Climb has nearly doubled its climbing terrain, meaning we can now welcome twice as many climbers, families, youth program participants, and first-timers. You’ve likely felt the difference: more space, more routes, more community.

Now, we’re setting our sights on making our home truly ours. By purchasing our building, we’ll secure a permanent location for all the programs, partnerships, and people that make State Climb more than just a gym.

Here’s how your gift—no matter the size—helps us on our journey to permanence:  

$25 helps replace necessary gear for our accessibility programs

$50 supports low-cost, after school youth programs

$100 helps send Coaches around the country to support kids from Culpeper as they Compete Nationally

$250 funds community events and inclusive outreach

$500+ directly supports our building ownership campaign
