Our mission at Leadership Fauquier is to create a thriving community through informed and connected leaders. Behind every thriving community are people who choose to show up, connect, and lead. 

Leadership Fauquier brings these people together as they learn about the unique needs and opportunities of our beautiful home. After our cohort members graduate, they have a way of touching everything as the continue to connect and serve this county.

Leadership Fauquier develops leaders who are informed, connected, and ready to make a difference in their work and in their community. 

WHAT WE DO:

We bring together emerging and established leaders across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to learn, grow, and build lasting relationships. Through our program, participants gain a deeper understanding of how our community works. At the same time, they develop personally and professionally. When the program ends, they walk away with a network of people who are just as invested in Fauquier County's future as they are.

92% of our Alumni volunteer in the community in over 43 Fauquier County Nonprofit organizations
