Give Local Piedmont Disbursements

 For online donations, Mightycause provides two options for how your organization can receive the funds during the Give Local Piedmont event (as well as year round!)

For organizations with EFT disbursements

Mightycause provides bi-monthly disbursements through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Donations are distributed by direct deposit on the 10th and 25th of each month following the schedule below:

• 10th of the month, for donations made from the 16th of the previous month through the last day of the previous month.
• 25th of the month, for donations made from the 1st through the 15th of that same month.
  
  

For organizations with CHECK disbursements

Optionally, your organization can choose to receive funds by check which are disbursed on the 10th of the following month. For Give Local Piedmont's early giving period through the live event: 

• All online donations made in April will be disbursed to your organization around May 10th. 
• All online donations made in May will be disbursed to your organization around June 10th.

Please note: Checks incur a $5 fee and require a minimum of $25 to be disbursed, for this reason we highly recommend setting up EFT for your disbursements, which incur no fees and no minimums.
