Your Donation Helps Support The Rappahannock County Farm Tour and The Rappahannock Farmers Market! 

The Rappahannock County Farm Tour is a free, two-day, self-guided tour offering a behind-the-scenes glimpse of our working farms. The mission of the Rappahannock County Farm Tour is to present an unforgettable, educational and enriching experience of Rappahannock County's (Agri)Culture.

Your donations go directly to advertising and promoting the Farm Tour each year, which brings financial benefits to each of the farms and venues on the tour. 

Each year we have around 15 venues on the tour, with a wide range of farms and experiences. The event draws anywhere from 2000 - 3000 farm visitors each year, many from Rappahannock and neighboring counties, as well as others coming from Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland to experience the event.

Facilitating the Rappahannock Farmers Market

In addition to hosting the annual Farm Tour, our 501(c)(3) organization has assumed operational responsibility for the Rappahannock Farmers Market, further strengthening our commitment to local food systems and community well-being. The market addresses food access challenges within Rappahannock County, a designated food desert, by accepting SNAP benefits and participating in the Fresh Match program. These programs ensure that low-income residents and students have access to fresh, nutritious, locally sourced products.
